to Ettington Short Mat Bowls Club on the Web
This site briefly explains where in the world Ettington is,
how the club started, the game, the Stratford District League,
the very popular Annual Tournament, various Links to relevant
web sites and of course E contact info.
Our weekly club meetings are held in Ettington village hall,
Banbury Road on Thursday afternoons (2.00 - 4.00pm) and evenings
(7.30 - 9.30pm), with exception of the first Thursday evening
in the months of February - June and September - December ??
and variations at Christmas time. All dates and times are
published monthly in the Ettington news letter.

Membership includes many from Ettington but also from Stratford-upon-Avon,
Tysoe and Oxhill. Our club is open to anyone with or without
experience, tuition will be given.
Annual membership cost is £5.00 and the session fees are £2.00
which includes half time tea or coffee and biscuits.
Why not come along for a taster session for free and see how
you get on. Like many of us that had never played any form of
bowls before you may get hooked.
The site also gives the latest point scores for teams that are
taking part in the 2002- 2003 League competition from clubs
around Stratford District. This is the first year that this
service has become available.
