Anghard organized a night of home trivia for Saturday. We all had to make up our own trivia rounds and score them out of 100 for everyone. It was extremely good fun it started at 18h00 and ended at 03h00 the next day! Which I think goes down as the longest game of trivia in history.

One of the rounds involved going outside and trying to keep two ballons in the air for at least 30 seconds. Another round involved watching a clip of Love Actually and remember certain bits from the film. Another round involved building a free standing structure out of pasta and chewing gum. Everyone had a different type of round which was great and very creative.

One of the rounds involved tasting beer and guessing which one was which with bonus points for having a shot or drinking from the beer funnel which reminded me of old school -

As the night went on and the more drinks were consumed the harder the quiz got and then the arguments about results started to happen but all in good spirits of course.

A fun night in which eight hours flew by!!!!
In February I went to Eastern Creek race track to do a couple of hot laps in a V8 Supercar. The car is a Holden and is a Bogan’s dream. The one that I raced around the track in doesn’t have the kW of a real V8 supercar (that would be mental) but its certainly fast enough and real enough to make for an excellent and fun time. This was a present I got for my 30th, here’s the video, you might get a bit bored but you see me doing 205km/h on the straight! I watched the video of the pros in the same car, my top speed isn’t far off them on the straight, on the corners though there doing about 120 where as I’m going around them at 60, which still felt too fast as a Grand Vitara driver!!
Here’s the video that goes with the trip to the UK. In it you’ll see Dorchester, Yorkshire and London. With appearances by my parents, David and Betty’s dog Poppy, Mark, Karine, Nina, Felix, Andy, Alex, Gin, Kie, Chris, Ian, Ian C and Lorraine!
